Player nominees must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the QHS Women's Athletic Hall of Fame:
  1. Must be a QHS Graduate
  2. Must be 10 years out of high school
  3. Must have been a league all-star or all-scholastic and/or received a varsity letter.
Coaches and teams may also be nominated for the Hall of Fame.
