The Quincy High School Chapter of the National Business Honor Society inducted 50 members on May 17, 2023. The QHS chapter is the largest in the country and was led this year by Sonny Le, President; Ruby Levine, Vice President; Bonnie Huang, Secretary; Katherine Nguyen, Treasurer; and Audrey Capone, Community Service Chairperson.
The mission of the National Business Honor Society-Quincy High School Chapter is to promote and recognize academic achievement in business education at Quincy High School; foster and recognize leadership skills and character development; help members grow ethically and socially by promoting and encouraging an interest in business; and encourage member involvement in service learning initiatives.
This year, the group was able to offer tutoring services to Quincy High School students, played the National Stock Market Challenge, offered marketing services to the QHS community, helped to organize the annual Credit for Life Fair, and fundraised and then shopped for ten teenagers for Christmas as well as Toys4Tots.
